Wattle Flat Ram

There was a young ram from Wattle Flat
Who formed three horns of brass
Two grew out of his forehead, Sir,
The other grew out of his -----

Inki dinky darbyshire
Inki dinky day
He was the finest ram, sir,
That ever fed on hay.

This ram was mighty frisky
He lived on the best of grass
And any ewe from thereabouts
Got a burst right up the ---

When this ram was in his prime
They showed him off in a truck
And all the ewes from round about
They came round for a ----

When this ram got older
He grew a flock so thick
It took ten men and a rouseabout
To find the head of his ---

When this ram was shorn
They got an awful shock
He had eighteen inches of wool, sir,
And only one inch of ----

And when this ram he dies
They took him to St Paul's
It took ten men and a rouseabout
To carry one of his ----
